The Human Resources Association of Cambodia (HRAC) is a leading professional organization dedicated to advancing human resource management standards and practices in Cambodia. Established on 15 May 2015 and officially registered with the Ministry of Interior under No. 1804 on 9th September 2021, HRAC serves as a national platform that brings together HR professionals, practitioners, organizations, and stakeholders across industries to share best practices and promote strategic workforce development.
